On the evening of November 18, 2006, I rolled up to a Toys”R”Us in Gainesville, Florida with two of my college buddies. We had decided, at the last minute, to wait overnight and be one of the first in line to buy Nintendo’s newest console, the Wii - and more importantly, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.
Just as the show was starting to feel a little fillery, some big changes are heralded in this episode. And worry not, because this episode is solid anyway. And the animation is only getting better somehow? I wasn’t expecting that!
This episode wowed me. I was worried that the animation in Season 3 would start to get bad as it went on, but that definitely isn’t happening. There were even some parts in this episode that looked great! Plus, drama!
Our review of this week’s episode will be a bit dry this time around - this episode mostly exists as a transition into the next act of this season. Next week will be juicy, but for now, let’s see how we’re getting there!
